Manual steering box replacement 1976 vega

Postby whoknowsjack76 » Wed May 01, 2019 2:33 pm

I’m in need of replacing my manual steering gearbox for my 1976 Vega, is there any information I should know before purchasing another one? I would like to keep everything how it is. With the same manual style, any info on the what and where would be greatly appreciated!!!

Some people are like slinkies. They serve absolutely no useful purpose, but still put a smile on your face when pushed down a flight of stairs.

If it's not a Cosworth (which uses the large manual gearbox) there are a couple of vendors offering a replacement small gearbox: CPP and Flaming River.
