You replaced a good patch panel with rusty original?

looking at pic 39 you will note i have flattened out the lip ,i have a different rubber to seal the plenum off to the hood :)

finally after 6 weeks did something
i was told that the colour i was going to use would not cover the primmer .....so i painted it (and the inside of the hatch) to see just how well it covered ,this is the result :)

first attempt at spraying 2 pak paint .......very different to acrylic ....hopefully by the time i get to actually paint the shell i will have a much better understanding of the methods used LOL

mould painting is not fun!
however learning to get a better finish off of the gun for the yellow is good :)
