Chris, you are one talented person. What in the world is going to keep you busy when you finish coming up with more ideas for your Monza?

ok, Chris, I have to comment on it. I noticed it a few picks back but it's in one of these picks too, that Weller Soldering Gun. I have the exact same one, had it for 30 plus years and and my dad had one before me, they work well even in cold weather, I have had to solder outside before and it will with time get hot enough to work. That one has seen some use for sure, LOL!.

That gun is at least 30 years old and held together by black tape. I think they were 29.95 CAD brand new, I was going to replace until I looked at pricing

Looks awesome Chris. And as for the soldering gun, keep it, I find things like that have character and battle scars. I have a Colman stove that is from the 60’s. Works great and every time I’m camping people comment on it.

Chris you used to be able to get a replacement case, my cord was kicked and my 140 needed a new case, I also replaced the trigger/switch mechanism on my 240. Unfortunately the place I used to purchase these from is now gone, but with your Googlefue I'm sure you could come up with something. Harry

Corner was missing when I got the car so I made it out of styrene and epoxy but wasn't satisfied with the look. Got one on FB for 20 USD. Buffed out a few light scratches, low luster cleared and used the Molotow liquid chrome paint pen for the edges. Also did the HVAC controls with the pen, works real nice.
