Chris, do you realize how bad you are making the rest of us feel on our own 'refurbishing' jobs after looking at your pictures? Your work is just outstanding, best I have ever seen.

Thanks a lot Dick :th: I should have had more stuff plated instead of painting but my Dad always said "You'll never see it at 60 mph" 8)

Here's a pic I forgot. The seal on the input side of the diff should be called the yoke seal cuz that's what it does, seals the yoke to the housing. Gear oil can find it's way thru the pinion shaft / yoke ID connection. The trick is to silicone the flat washer and yoke. The seal was actually good in this one (replaced anyways) but there was oil everywhere underneath the car. Blue Loctite on the nut and snug down until there's no end play.

A piece of old fire hose makes great thermal protection for the parking brake cable.

Front suspension disassembly, one side done, no heat needed. Guess the 4th washer wouldn't fit so they left it out. lol

S10 ball joint conversion takes a bit of hogging out on the control arm. About ~.200" difference. Die grinder with a carbide bit is a must for this job

Chris can you share the wheel size and where you found them? 15" x 6" I am hopping I have only found 7" so far but I haven't looked real hard yet, not the highest thing on my budget right now but could move fast if I find what I want, if you know what I mean :D Harry
