Been a while.....

Figured I'd drop in and say hello. Been about six month since I worked on the Mirage. But today; I finally pulled out the heater core and a/c system! Wow...what a PITA!

Got much of this car stripped down but I really need to finalize a rotis for this project. Like most things I do, I can't do it half-assed. I gotta go overboard. And this one's proving to be just that. Brings back memories of my various Oval Window VWs, Ghias, Single Cab etc. etc. I was a man of the VW word 20yrs ago. Now I'm living in a Monza.

I might just try to finish up the brakes pretty soon so I can say I have "something" done on this. And who knows; maybe I'll sell a couple kits! Hmm, prob not given the work and cost to do this. But it'll be cool and fit the stock wheels. I hope.
