Most body parts are now painted! Roof and quarters etc will be done in about a week. Some pictures below.

Its *cough* Ford sterling grey metallic. Nice color, has alot of large grain silver in it.

Awesome color choice! I bought my wifes Fusion partially because of this color! Well that and it was wrecked and cheap...

My favorite part of every project- pulling off all the masking after the paint job...

Car looking great. That is one sterile shop your car is in. Looks like a car hospital.
All the pre planning and thinking ahead will pay off now during assembly.

I was the purchase manager on that company when we rebuilt this building, a former cold storage building turned into a very clean 1250m2 bodyshop and 1250m2 workshop. They usually only work with brand new cars and smaller transport damage paint jobs.

Thank you all for your comments! I am very happy to see some progress on this project. Feels like it has been standing still for a while. I also have some new items on the way that will help the Vega look nice when completed. Front and rear glass, door handles, all rubber items, emblems etc. Still looking for some parts but I have almost everything to complete the car.
