Well just keep with it because that's what cars do! My Astre fought me for a couple years before I got it done. Now it's just a sweetheart. Been 2 years without any issues. Put several thousand issues on it and it's been fun for all of it.
75 Pontiac Astre GT: 406SBC/TH350, roll bar, S10 goodies, down to 11.47 so far, more to come later.

lots has changed now rear end fixed tires seem to jive after 1/8 inch spacers and i-rock spring upgrade and some easement on front fenders-hole in hood now useful because anty peculation spacer now makes it stick out . i add a 2 inch hood scoop also had to get different carb went to Holley street avenger 670 cfm better she went down the track at 8.213 in a 1/8 mile with old carb I'm hoping for much better times Sunday finally got the engine to run at about 190 all the time two 10inch pusher and a 18 belt driven fan and home made shroud 170 deg therm 3 core stock rebuilt radiator. had to have work done on frame so car could come within spec on front end still wonders from side to side on freeway this will take time and money to fix. i had to get rid of valve covers cheap got new stuff aluminum looks nice
