It's so shitty when you pay for something that's supposed to fit and it don't...sorry to hear your problems with the headers too! Maybe there is something wrong with the jig at DH? Anyway that motor looks sick! :th: keep the picks coming! such a sweet ride!

I don't mean to be a dick...but I've tried the headers without ANY mounts and they still don't fit....sorry.

I'm convinced that the Hooker 2135's are still the best choice. Some people don't like the fact that they are a bit small in diameter but that's one of the reasons they fit.

well I'm happy to say i got my headers to fit :D :th: all i had to do was install the center pipes and mark with a sharpie all the places where it contacted the body or engine then remove them and very lightly dimpled the said spots then reinstall it. was much easier this time, then i took the #1 tube and set it in place it was up against the steering column and was to high to bolt in . so i marked the spot where the column hit and lightly dimpled it then i cut a small piece off the bottom of the tube and it fit. the #7 pipe needed to be jacked up with a jack from under neath because it hung low. just placed the jack under where it slipped in to the collector and applied pressure till it went up....I'm so happy  :th:  ps side pipes are 60 inch should be easy hookup

I'm Happy to hear you got the headers to fit (unlike a few of us). What type of steering shaft are you running? it looks different than mine and I'm a bit curious.
