broke in the cam today car runs sweet haven't driven it yet but did put it though the gears it should drive well feels very stiff and positive :dance: :th: :dance:

car runs like a raped ape still need to Dino run it to set the carb but shes fast I'm going to have traction issues

Great to hear, must be great to get it on the road after the rebuild! Just remembered about the side pipes, how do you like them/how did you mount them (what are they off of)?

there real easy to mount but i wont let the welder dude weld on my car so there a little off (close) to the body cant put shields on, if you want info on them ill get it for you but i just googled mufflers and side pipes and had a lot to choose from 60 inchers are the ones to buy fills up the area under the door....george

well a lot has has happened went though another trans(HEAT RELATED FAILURE) so i added a fan controlled cooler seems to keep new trans cooler. new trans is a tci reverse valve body with trans brake and a 2.52 tall first gear and a 3500 stall .after three pass i broke my 7.5 rear so know i'm installing a 8.8 this is not easy and costly because i dont know what i'm doing. :bang: pics to follow

So after much thought im going to run adjustale ladder link bars with the 8.8 rearend i also fabed up a new transcrossmember so i can use my hurst qwarter stick shifter. instaing this 8.8 is a lot harder to do then once thought but nothing on this car has be easy and all of it has takin me to a new level on mecanical abilitys and what can be done with one of these cars........
