The master cylinder is a CPP - http://www.classicperform.com/Store2/universal-products.htm scroll down for MASTER CYLINDER & PROPORTIONING VALVE KITS
CPP make a lot of brake and suspension upgrade parts, I used there early nova disc brake kit on a 63 and it seemed well made.

and they are on Ebay under seller: classic_performance_cpp
they list a 15/16" bore with the boot on ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-CPP-MASTER-CYLINDER-15-16-BORE-CORVETTE-STYLE-/380584877050?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item589ca05bfa&vxp=mtr

they offer lines and prop valves in stock and adjustable
Image

on there website they list a 1" bore chrome plated aluminum Corvette style # MC-100-AC
Image

they have a new "all in one" master/prop valve called the "MCPV1" with built in adjustable prop valve # CP31500-C with 1" bore
