Engine is centered and the transmission is bolted down... one more mount modification before I pull the engine to weld-up the crack in my firewall/tunnel and reinstall for good!
The good news is I started spring break Friday...
The bad news is last monday I had my big toe nail removed due to an infection (over a year old because I'm stubborn) and then tomorrow I get all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled! Not to mention the work I have to do over the break.
But on a side note
I feel like my grades are doing well, not to mention my Engineering Project is doing just as well! For engineering we need to do 2 projects in the last 2 semesters and for this one I am converting a 1971 BOA minibike (If anyone has any information on these I would appreciate it) into an electric bike controlled via micro-controller. Should be interesting because I have to research everything and learn everything independent from my class time. So far i've done a mild resto on the bike, bought 90% of my running electronics and am in the process of finding an onboard charging system so I can plug it into the wall/designing a current sensing circuit to prevent stalling out the electric motor (about 60-80amps of stall current) and frying all my electronics.
So this is definetly keeping me busy and away from the car
.... but its in the name of school
