Well that turned out Nice! It is so nice to see a car finished and posted for a "Wrap Up", for some reason many don't return to show off their accomplishments.
THANK YOU! for that and Please stay/comeback around here after, it is nice to see and read all that your car and you can bring back [Pic's, Stories, etc.]

I agree with Harry, it's nice to see someone finish their car to completion and see some final pic's of your accomplishment. Looks nice, love the color. I would love to use that color on my build but I am trying to keep it mostly stock and period correct and since my first H-Body was a 80 Monza Spyder (dark blue metallic), the metallic blue for those years in much darker, could pass for black in poor lighting and at night. Anyway nice job, hope you can get out and enjoy your car now.

All this COVID-19 social distancing is putting a damper on the rod runs, but Saturday night cruising is alive :)

Yes, so true, I’m an essential service worker and have to have a letter with me in case I get stopped driving around. I haven’t heard of anyone getting pulled over yet around here but I work for a national company so there are areas where we have office that are actually shut due to a lock down. Anyway, hopefully you can at least get out and debug it so it’s ready for when gatherings are permitted again. Again, I love that color, it has really nice depth.

Thanks! I am in a rural area. Firefighter , EMT and "essential worker" ;) Working toward the solution at a drive through testing center tomorrow. Gotta check the boxes to remove the restrictions. Adequate testing, PPE, medical services and sustainability. No martial law or travel papers needed here.
I worked out the bugs two years ago before it went into the body shop I think? Turns out the gremlins I am chasing now seem to be rubber products and age. Dry hard o-rings in the carb. Leaky radiator cap. More dry hard rubber seal.
Little stuff :) Hope it all stays that way.

Yes, rubber, time sure takes a toll on it. And finding some it it for these cars can be a PITA. I’ve been tracking down parts for mine build for close to 10 years. I think I have enough to finally start working on it and getting to the point it can run and drive again. Be safe and stay safe.

I totally agree. I wish I had stocked up on hard to find parts 20 years ago.
