Hi, I want to screw into the rear bumper 71-73 to mount a panel, but there is a gap between the screw holes and the bumper bracket and I am trying to figure out if I need to make one. help to fill the void or not?
Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

Pic would be helpful, not sure exactly where your gap is? Is something bent, otherwise you will need to make a bracket or perhaps a stack of body washers could take up the gap.
