Anyone got ideas on how to keep the t-handle automatic shifter knob on or how to secure it properly???

1980 Monza 3 speed 350th auto shifter
t handle top with thumb selector.

If I recall correctly it’s just a press fit of the plastic t handle onto the knurled shifter shaft. Maybe JB Weld?
