Hello
I want to know if the krylon rust preventative enamel and rustoleum universal matte spray paint are good or not?

I am sure they are good paints but what are you trying to use them on?

Rustoleum is hands down the best spray paint out there, Lasts the longest and is the toughest and most durable.

Their self etching primer is a good base for the color to stick to. ( great on rims)

The new 2X line works great also, but you need to hold the can back further (16") too avoid pinholes.
