Is there something wrong with your tach or is it missing? New tach boards are available if needed.

Anytime the key is on and engine is off the needle slowly climbs. Once the engine is started it rapidly pegs out.

Where are boards available?

You have to tell him exactly what you have, number of cylinders, rpm range of your tach, year of car. I replaced mine a few years ago because it was reading high.
